A little relaxing ASMR perhaps ? Sunny’s Chinese is genuinely a hidden gem if I’ve ever seen one Tofu DanDan Noodles - originally made with pork, so nutty and creamy it’s genuinely out of this world. I’m not exactly a peanut lover but this was insane Miami Beef Short rib- Very peppery , soft meat grilled to perfection Orange Chicken - listen…I have no words you need to try this HK French toast - their iconic dessert for a reason. It’s like a churro and a peanut had a baby. Give me 14 of em right now. Soft Serve - wow. WOW. 🪶 Have you seen The skies closed themselves when we averted our gaze, now on view at The Power Plant? Meet artist Jeneen Frei Njootli from their Vuntut Gwitchin homelands in Old Crow, Yukon, presenting their solo exhibition at The Power Plant. Working across sculpture, sound, performance, and textile-based practices, Jeneen reimagines how Indigenous life is represented and experienced. In their exhibition, found objects and garments worn by the artist and their family are wrapped in tarps, hides, and scarves, then sealed in resin—preserving form, memory, and meaning. Rooted in the Vuntut Gwitchin First Nation, these works reflect ancestral knowledge, kinship, labour, and deep relationships to land. ✨ Visit The Power Plant and spend some time with material-driven works that explore urgent histories and our evolving relationships to land—on view through March 22, 2026. #ThePowerPlantTO #JeneenFreiNjootli #ContemporaryArt #IndigenousArt #ArtExhibition #PhreshLocal #PhreshMode #RockVision
