They did an incredible job curating the right vibe, food, and overall experience. The chef’s vision and attention to detail really come across on the plate. To be real, this might be my new favourite Eggs Benny it was honestly elite. Their brunch menu has some real gems, and I definitely need to go back to experience their dinner and drinks. I’m not exactly a peanut lover but this was insane Miami Beef Short rib- Very peppery , soft meat grilled to perfection Orange Chicken - listen…I have no words you need to try this HK French toast - their iconic dessert for a reason. Meet artist Jeneen Frei Njootli from their Vuntut Gwitchin homelands in Old Crow, Yukon, presenting their solo exhibition at The Power Plant. Working across sculpture, sound, performance, and textile-based practices, Jeneen reimagines how Indigenous life is represented and experienced. In their exhibition, found objects and garments worn by the artist and their family are wrapped in tarps, hides, and scarves, then sealed in resin—preserving form, memory, and meaning.
